Welcome. This session can be utilised in a number of ways, which will be clarified post receiving your completed online form (which will be shared with you once this booking has been completed). The form takes 2-4mins to complete and establishes (1) where you are at, (2) where you want to go i.e. objectives/goals, (3) a bunch of multi-choice questions that helps the coach best prescribe how to use this initial session and how we could do things moving forward. An informative and enjoyable session.

Similar in nature to the 60min/1:1 experience however due to the additional time available, we can hence get stuck into addressing/apply the defined changes. Essentially you will walk out with big picture understanding of a development plan + have a chance to begin skill acquisition.

Similar in nature to the 60min/1:1 session however given the extra attendee, we obviously wont be able to achieve as much, HOWEVER we can get the wheels in motion. Typically chosen when a 90min session is not available.

2 attendees, 90min duration. Similar in nature to the 60min session, however given the additional attendee, we need the extra time to be able to execute the same outcomes.

A 60min session offers the perfect blend of understanding and application of necessary changes. To ensure nothing is forgotten, the golfer will receive a video summary highlighting the key observations, learnings and actions steps moving forward.

Similar in nature to the 60min 1:1 session, but with the added bonus of greater movement/performance outcomes and/or the ability to explore more than 1 skill area.
45 minutes
Suited to golfers who have already had a bunch of development sessions with Coaches Inc. and simply wants to receive feedback, refinement of 1-2 skill areas, OR, junior golfers who's attention spans may suit this 45min duration.

2 attendees, 1 coach, 60min duration. Can be used on any skill area that will influence a golfers ability to play and perform on the golf course. Some examples include; movement techniques, tactical & self practice strategies.

2 attendees, 1 coach, 90min duration. Similar in nature to the 60min 2:1 share session, however tends to promote higher levels of skill execution and/or allows us to potentially address more than 1 skill area.

3 attendees, 1 coach, 60min duration. Can be used on any skill area that will influence a golfers ability to play and perform on the golf course. Some examples include; movement techniques, tactical & self practice strategies.

Typically this session includes: (1) 20min pre-game warm up/refinement, (2) 3-4 holes playing on the golf course, (3) Post game observations/discussion/work-ons. Greenfees (playing fees) excluded (payable to the Takapuna facility).

Similar in nature to the 1.5hr golf course lesson but with the added bonus of getting 2-3 extra holes in (4-7 holes estimated). Pre game warm up/refinement/prep + Post game debrief included.

Includes; (1) 20min Pre game warm up/refinement, (2) 1.5-1.75hrs on golf course play which ranges from 5-7 holes, (3) 10-15mins post game debrief (observations & action steps moving forward).
3 hours
There is a number of ways we utilise this 3hr session. Some examples are: (1) pre game warm up/refinement, (2) golf course play, (3) post game debrief, (4) applying changes identified from post game debrief. How much time we spend on each area depends on the golfers needs.
